MyProsperity ‘Your Wealth Portal’ – some helpful tips

Learning your way around a new app can take time — and even the most tech-savvy among us run into the occasional hiccup. Here are a couple of handy tips to help you get the most from your  MyProsperity Wealth Portal.

 

Trouble Logging In?

We’ve recently had a few clients encounter login errors — usually a message saying their user credentials aren’t recognised.

If this happens to you, the issue typically relates to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) needing a reset.

Here’s what to do:

  • You’ll need to contact MyProsperity Support directly
  • Email: support@myprosperity.com
  • Request a reset of your MFA and password

Need to Update Your Email Address?

Updating your email is a bit like changing your mobile phone — no one wants to do it, but sometimes, it’s unavoidable (kind of like going to the dentist or assembling flat-pack furniture).

If the email you use to log in to MyProsperity needs updating, this must be done via the desktop version of the portal (not through the mobile app).

Simply log in via your web browser and follow the prompts to change your email address.
