Francesca Giannaros

Welcoming Francesca Giannaros to the Pinnacle team…

In our last newsletter we mentioned that Francesca would be joining us in January as a replacement for Zoë who has returned to full-time study. Francesca has since settled into Pinnacle life rather well. With a few internal staff role changes, Francesca is now solely responsible for looking after Merrick and Matthew’s client administration, keeping them on track as well as taking a lead role in the office insurance administration.

Away from the office it’s not uncommon for Francesca to be sweating it out at an early morning gym routine or running around one of her three beautiful children to their various sporting commitments.

 

 

It’s a girl…

Kelly Collins and her husband Khyle, welcomed their little girl ‘Hadley Paige Collins’ into the world on the 16th February—weighing 9 lbs 1oz. As you can see she’s growing up fast and with her beaming smile clearly isn’t shy of a camera. Kelly’s enjoying her time away from the office and has embraced motherhood well.

Anyone that has a child knows they don’t come with a written manual, you have to take each day as it comes and learn as you go!

 

 

 

Reception area disruption…

Since January we have been living with an unsightly ‘big white box’ blocking an area of our reception space. We are in the process of having a lift installed which I’m sure for some clients will be welcoming news! I know our couriers delivering larger items will hopefully like us better once completed.

Unfortunately it is taking longer then expected, but we are hopeful it will be up and running very soon.

We are also taking this opportunity to give the reception area a mini makeover which should bring a more inviting environment for you to sit and relax before your appointments.
